Auxiliary VFW Continuing Education Scholarship 

This is open to auxiliary family members (spouse, son or daughter) 18 years or older, who wish to further their education by attending a college or technical school.

Young American Creative Patriotic Art Award

Art must be on paper or canvas. water color, pencil, pastel, charcoal, tempera, crayon, acrylic, pen-and-in charcoal may be used. Digital art is not accepted.  Students must be in grades 9, 10, 11 or 12.  Project must received by the Auxiliary by midnight March 31st.

   -Both scholarships are open to any students attending public, parochial, private or home school.

   -The deadline for entry is November 1st of each year.

   -Application & essay must be received by the VFW by midnight November 1st.  No exceptions! 
   -Different amounts are awarded at the Post, District, Department and National levels. 

**Post 12075 does not have an Auxiliary however, we will help you locate one should you want to participate in one of these scholarship awards.**

Patriot's Pen.


The Patriot's Pen Contest is limited to students in the sixth, seventh and eighth grades.  

The theme for this year:  TBA in September

  




Notice to Parents:

When completing the application, you will certify the student has received no assistance from you or any other adult.  Once the application has been submitted, all further communication will be between the contestant and the VFW Representative. The student is responsible to acknowledge & reply to all communication.  Parents contact is only a  courtesy.
